Anything sour and cold - lemon water popsicles are my best friend and help with the queasiness. Also, pickles Japanese plums (umeboshi), sparkling water, sour cherries... anything that puckers.

I just go for anything that feels good - a boiled egg, fruit (it's summer, the strawberries ripen around here), or cucumbers, baby carrots, what ever feels good, without being too heavy.

Ultrasounds are/should be only adjusted if the due date is outside of 2 standard deviations.

I haven't found anything like that. Prenatals seems to be defined as including tons of iron. I know some people take 2 Flintstones instead of prenatals.
