Does anybody know if having a cold with a runny nose would also increase cervical mucous? Or am I really about to ovulate while dh and I are both laid up sick and feeling extremely un-sexy?

I had 2 very different pregnancies and 2 boys.  I was so sure #2 was a girl because of the difference in symptoms and the 4 days between doing the deed and ovulating.  I'm swearing off guessing next...
