yeah, positioning the baby a certain way isn't always necessary...sometimes it helps if they're having trouble getting the yuck up and out, but honestly? women left to their own devices will bring...

yeah, another ditto...and i'll be another to say birthing a bigger baby, IMO, wasn't any harder than a smaller one. my first was 6.11, second was 9.11.
