All my singleton babes were 9lb - 11lb2oz. The only UC was the last one. 10lb4oz. Slower labour than the others (frustrating!) but all normal with the birth.

My guess is that it was cardiac arrrest due to excessive blood loss. . . which was a birth complication. However, I don't really see that one death changes anything for the wider birthing community....
