My kids know there are words they say (and hear) at home that are just for the house. They do say crap and freakin, and I'd much rather hear that then stupid, idiot, etc, which I don't "allow"....

I agree that car seats are safer. I also agree that they are a big PITA. If it were me on a 14 hour flight I wouldn't bring in onboard, especially if it made the flight there harder than it needed...
