Thanks for the input.  I went ahead and called his therapy office, his play therapist was out but I talked to the secretary and his play therapist can hopefully check things out in about 3 weeks...

Neither my 5 or 7 yr old would like playing with a kid that young, especially if they got into their stuff a lot.  Every now and again it would be ok but more than 1-2x a month would not work.
