agree with the pp's notion of using a back...

agree with the pp's notion of using a back carry...you'd need a woven wrap...but it doesn't have to be a fancy one. The rucksac carry way up high can work nicely at this age.

We actually eat very little dairy (just kefir, yogurt, yogurt cheese and some other cheeses though not a lot) and no soy as it is. We use almond or coconut milk...
