Has she/he taken any hits or falls to the face? When my front teeth got lines on them it was fractures from an impact that I (until then) didn't think did any damage.

It might just be a string of bad luck. My 6yo has had 3 stomach bugs this year, and no one else in the family EVER gets sick with those. It's been awhile now and she's fine otherwise.
