I would def. try to heal it thru diet. More often than not its a gut issue. It is irritated by conventional dairy, wheat, sugar etc Strong probiotics would be a huge help as well as fermented foods....

I didn't do a D&C with one of my miscarriages.Took 2 months to miscarry :( I did take things to help prevent infection. Lots of vit c, goldenseal, echinaca etc

A friend of mine uses a pool noodle under the sheet on the edge of the bed to keep baby from falling off. I have used a buckwheat hull pillow in the past as they are heavy :)
