I doubt they're doing it out of any real concern for health. Organic is trendy at the moment. They'll market themselves as having 4 star dining and patients will pay through the nose.

To me, it sound like 1 person for all errors. BUT, since their reps are already mentioning "similar packaging" they're probably going to try to lay the blame with the pharmacy or the drug company....
