Personally I made extra sure to get flu vaccine the winters I was pregnant. Flu is much more serious for pregnant women and I didn't want to take any chances.

Anecdote: both my kids are fine....

There's also the ongoing tracking of safety. There's VAERS, plus other more comprehensive surveys of parts of the population.

I'm confident that if any serious problems were there they'd be found...

There's no evidence doing them all at once is unsafe. I prefer to do them quickly to maximise protection.

I understand they are not that big of a problem to the immune system of even tiny babies...
