You've covered all the removals I can think of. What about preemptive tubes in the ears? Quite a few kids need those later anyway, and ear infections are down right miserable.

I was given terbutaline (and slo-mag) late in my last pregnancy, and it made me so jittery and nauseous I had to stop taking it. The slo-mag alone worked fine for me, thankfully.
