My DH is a maybe-yes-maybe-no recovering addict, but he's not recovering enough, and I'm just emotionally and physically weary of his relapses and the way they wreak havoc on our lives....

We're refinancing right now with a Wells Fargo affiliate, and we got 4.875% for 30 years with no points. The fees were low, and so far, it's been really smooth sailing. We close next week....
