Thanks to both of you... I'm going to look into the pads. I've heard of botox which just sounds crazy to me most of the time and then there are days when I'm ready to do ANYTHING!

I'm in the same boat, but learning to be kinder to myself. I just finished reading the book "Mothering without a Map." I highly recommend it to any mother that cannot use her own mother as a guide...
