Thanks for the leads on other options. I'm returning the Ergo today. I'll check out the ones you mentioned. I wish I could rent one for a day to see if she'll even tolerate it!

That's my goal - to get the meat on the table for the 3 meat eaters with minimum fuss for me. Getting everyone else to eat less meat is a nice perk when it happens. (Never gonna happen with MIL!)
