It's quite embarrassing to admit it but my kids learned how to read through LeapFrog DVDs.
It's very simplistic but maybe it will give her her own tools on how to decode words and hopefully lessen...

I just re-read our student handbook and it's there. It's mandated by the state for schools to do so. An opt-out form is also provided in the handbook.
