i've also heard that phytic acid is a treatment for cancer. Some supplement called ip-6 or something. supposed to block the cancer cells from getting iron. but I guess it blocks your body too.

Miso terribly interests me. Most of the time when you process grains to get "simpler" carbs... you lose nutrients. But it seems as if using miso to ferment something will actually sweeten it....
