Maternity Quality Matters Award and Application

Childbirth Connection is pleased to announce its inaugural Maternity Quality Matters Award, which will be granted to an entity demonstrating significant improvement in maternity care quality through the measurement of performance, incorporation of evidence-based practice, and responsiveness to the needs of childbearing women and families, among other criteria. Judges will look for innovation in maternity care service delivery, systems design, and demonstrated quality improvement.

The award will be presented at Childbirth Connection's 90th anniversary symposium, Transforming Maternity Care: A High Value Proposition.
