Gentle Child
I need you
You mirror the child in me
Through you I experience Mothering
And with you I grow
learning of the precious child in myself.
I need to integrate that part of myself
You my daughter
Are a living guide to that process
I see you blossom and unfold.
You are the candle burning brightly in my soul
The light of hope and peace eternal
I too can unfold.
