This tangy, refreshing treat is easy to make and contains no sugar.
1 cup pineapple chunks (fresh or canned)
1 1/2 cups frozen diced mango or peaches
1/4 cup unsweetened shredded coconut

Place all ingredients in food processor and puree until smooth.

Makes 4 servings

Note: This is best eaten right after it is made. If you want to save it for later, place in individual containers and leave at room temperature about 10 minutes before eating.
