Raspberry Chicken

1/2 cup raspberry preserves (just fruit)
1/2 cup pineapple juice concentrate
1/2 cup soy sauce
2 T rice vinegar
1 t chili powder
1 t garlic powder
1/2 cup raspberries (can be from frozen ones)
1/2 cup fresh basil
<p>Process all ingredients in food processor, except for the raspberries <br /> Raspberries process barely separately <br /> Marinate chicken overnight or at least 4 hours <br /> Bake covered in foil in marinade 1 1/2 hours @ 350</p>
