Ensalada de aguacate y tomate

2 large avocados
2 pounds of tomatoes
2 pounds of papaya
2 small red onions
Cider vinegar to taste
Juice of two lemons
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
<p>In a large bowl combine avocado, tomato, papaya, and onion. In a small bowl whisk together vinegar, olive oil, and lemon juice. Pour over avocado mixture. Taste and season with salt and pepper. Serve immediately, or chill and bring back to room temperature before serving.</p>
