Banana Nut Oaties

Here is a healthy and tasty snack to tempt little hands. It's perfect as an addition to a packed lunch or as an after dinner treat.
1 Banana
½ Avocado
2 tsp honey*
½ cup almonds - finely ground
½ cup rolled oats
<p>Peel and mash banana and avocado together <br /> Add honey*, almonds and oats and stir <br /> Form mixture into balls and refrigerate <br /> *Never give honey to a baby under 1 year of age.</p>
