Baked Veggie Treats

This time of year, sticky sweet snacks are everywhere. Here is a healthy and tasty option to tempt little hands.
1 cup cooked, mashed sweet potato
¼ cup cooked pureed spinach
1 egg
2 tbs milk
1 cup crushed whole wheat bread crumbs
<p>Mix sweet potato, spinach, egg and milk <br /> Form mixture into balls <br /> Roll balls in crushed bread crumbs and place on cookie sheet <br /> Bake until egg is thoroughly cooked.</p>
