Cranberry Date Bars
These easy, vegan bars are perfect for hiking or camping!


teaThis is a great drink for relieving morning sickness and helps to restore the body’s balance after vomiting or diarrhea. It also helps keep electrolytes high and is good to drink during labor.

1/3 cup lemon juice

1 teaspoon salt

1 crushed dolomite (calcium/magnesium carbonate) tablet

Pour over ice and sip slowly. Stir in enough water to make 1 quart of solution

A variation:

For those who experience low blood sugar, which may contribute to extreme nausea in pregnancy, try this simple drink.

1 teaspoon honey
1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar

Stir into a glass of warm water and sip.

This mixture can be made and drunk throughout the day and if you get up at night.
