From Peggy's Kitchen: Quinoa has a better protein value than most grains and is perfect for those who need more protein, such as pregnant or nursing mothers.


chamomile tea

This tea will help you to relax and get a good night’s sleep. It is a tonic as well as a relaxant.

In a ceramic or glass teapot, put:
1 tablespoon dried chamomile
1 tablespoon dried hops
1 tablespoon dried lemon balm
Add 1 pint boiling water.

Steep for no more than 10 minutes; sip in the evenings before bed.
