Wild Salmon Burgers



Cranberry Date Bars
These easy, vegan bars are perfect for hiking or camping!

24-28 ounces boneless, skinless, canned wild Alaskan pink salmon

1 1/4 cups bread crumbs

1/4 cup mayonnaise

1 egg, beaten

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1 tablespoon vegetable oil

In large bowl, mix together all ingredients except oil. Form mixture into 6 small patties.

In large nonstick skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Sauté patties 2-3 minutes on each side until lightly browned. Remove from heat and serve immediately.

Serves 6
