Vaccinations

A Stolen Life
Marge Grant's A Stolen Life is the dramatic telling of the author's pioneering efforts in the movement for vaccination safety. In 1961 Grant's infant son was permanently brain-damaged by a DPT shot. After this tradgey, she devoted her life to educating parents about the danger of vaccinations. She cofounded two nonprofit organizations, successfully worked to change Wisconsin's vaccinations laws, and later served on the National Academy of Science, Institute of Medicine's Vaccine Safety Forum for several years. Vaccinations?Vaccinations?
Jay Gordon MD, FAAP, IBCLC, FABM - Author and nationally recognized pediatrician, addresses one of the most frequently asked questions in today's pediatric office: "Which vaccinations are best for my child and when and how is the safest way to schedule them?" Parents want to protect their child against dreaded diseases, yet recent doubts raised on the necessity, safety and efficacy of vaccines have given them cause for concern. In this seminar program, presented at the Skirball Cultural Center in Los Angeles, California in 2006, Dr. Gordon reviews and explains the current research and protocols that have impacted our national immunological philosophy. He discusses the personal and public health issues surrounding vaccinations - their risks, benefits and how to assess an appropriate course for your particular family. This video empowers parents to make the best possible healthcare decisions.
