Mothering’s More For You TOY GIVEAWAY

1. Givaway begins at 10:01 a.m. MT on 9/16/09 and ends 11:59 p.m. MT on 12/10/09, when all entries must be received. To enter, log on to www.mothering.com/toy-giveaway-entry-form, complete the online entry form, and submit as instructed. Only one (1) entry per person/e-mail address per month. Five(5) Grand Prize Winners, five (5) Monthly Winners for September, October, November and December will be selected in a random drawing on or around 9/25/09, 10/16/09, 11/15/09 and 12/11/09 respectively and will be notified by e-mail and/or telephone. All entries from 9/16/09 thru 9/24/09 are eligible for the September Monthly Drawing on 9/25/09.  All entries from 9/25/09 thru 10/15/09 are eligible for the October Monthly Drawing Drawing 10/16/09. All entries from 10/16/09 thru 11/12/09 are eligible for the  November Monthly Drawing 11/13/09.  All entries from 11/13/09 thru 12/10/09 are eligible for the December Monthly Drawing on 12/11/09.  All entries from 9/16/09 thru 12/10/09 are eligible for the Grand Prize Drawing on 12/11/09.

ADDITIONAL RULES:

1. Entries that are lost, late, misdirected, incorrect, garbled, or incompletely received, for any reason, including by reason of hardware, software, browser, or network failure, malfunction, congestion, or incompatibility at Sponsor’s servers or elsewhere, will not be eligible. Sponsor, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any person tampering with the entry processes or the operation of the website. Use of bots or other automated processes to enter/vote is prohibited and may result in disqualification at the sole discretion of Sponsor. Sponsor further reserves the right to cancel, terminate, or modify the Promotion or any aspect/component thereof that is not capable of completion as planned, including by reason of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, force majeure, or technical failures of any sort. In the event of a dispute, entries will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry. “Authorized account holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational institute) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. If any Potential Winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within three (3) days, or the prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, such Potential Winner forfeits all rights to any prize, and an alternate winner may be selected

2. Income and other taxes, if any, are the sole responsibility of the winners.

3. Open only to legal residents of the 49 United States and/or the District of Columbia excluding Rhode Island who are at least 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry. Employees of Sponsor, their immediate families, and those living in the same household are not eligible. Entrants agree to abide by these Official Rules, and understand that any violation of the rules may result in disqualification.

4. Subject to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void outside the 49 United States and the District of Columbia, and where prohibited. Any violation of these rules may result in disqualification. Sponsor is not responsible for errors in the administration or fulfillment of these Promotions, including without limitation mechanical, human, printing, distribution, or production errors, and may modify or cancel any Promotion or aspect/component thereof based upon such errors at its sole discretion without liability.

5. The odds of winning each Sweepstakes depends on the number of eligible entries received. Prizes are not transferable. No substitutions for any Prize except by Sponsor, in which case a prize of equal or greater value will be substituted. All decisions of the judges are final and binding in all respects.

6. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. By providing your e-mail address, you grant Sponsor the right to send you commercial messages.

7. BY ACCEPTING PRIZE, WINNER AGREES THAT THE SPONSOR, IT'S SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, ADVERTISING AND PROMOTION AGENCIES, AND THEIR OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES AND AGENTS, WILL HAVE NO LIABILITY WHATSOEVER FOR, AND WILL BE HELD HARMLESS BY WINNER FOR ANY LIABILITY FOR ANY INJURY, LOSS OR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND TO PERSONS, INCLUDING DEATH, AND PROPERTY, DUE IN WHOLE OR IN PART, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, FROM THE ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, USE OR MISUSE OF A PRIZE OR PARTICIPATION IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES OR PARTICIPATION IN ANY SWEEPSTAKES OR PRIZE RELATED ACTIVITY.

8. Except where prohibited: (i) Acceptance of Prize constitutes consent to use Winners’ names and likenesses for editorial, advertising, and publicity purposes, without further compensation; (ii) Potential Winners may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility (including Social Security number) and liability/publicity release. Winner may be required to execute releases of Sponsor from any and all liability with respect to participation in the sweepstakes and or use of the prize. Affidavits and releases must be returned within ten (10) days of attempted notification, or an alternate Winner may be chosen.
