i have a white shirt that has hard water deposits on it. it looks like it has been smudged with newsprint. is there anything i can do with it? like, would it help if i washed it somewhere else, like a laundromat or took it to a drycleaners?
some of dd's clothes are turning grey, too. is that permanent?

TIA!

well, it's not natural, but I used to use Simple Green on my whites when I was in the Navy, and they'd come out pristine! Some other things to try: washing in peroxide, or for something gentler try a downy ball full of vinegar in the rinse cycle.

breastfeeding, babywearing, homeschooling Heathen parent to my little Wanderer, 7 1/2 , and baby Elf-stone, 3/11!
