I'm feeling hostile, bitter, depressed, lonely, unloved and just generally disgusted with my life and pissed off. I think I passed snarky about 6 hours ago.

Heh. The word snarky makes me laugh. Don't know what it means, but it makes me laugh! :LOL

(I have an *idea* of what it means, and yes chocolate would be the cure. )

I am feeling better - but only cause I had to interview folks on the phone. And had to be pleasant.

But still a titch bitchy.

Not snarky at all.

Of course, I haven't been to Activism yet tonight ...

I think i am decidedly Snarky! I took two days to make a chocolate mousse pie from scratch(!) and the kids really could only eat a bit of it cause it was soo rich, then they were dissappointed which kinda pissed me off ... then i ate more pie

"Snarky" sounds like something Lewis Carroll would say. In fact, didn't he write a story or a play or something, called "The Hunting of the Snark"?? I may be making stuff up.

I have to admit, I am feeling a tad snarky. I think I'm feeling some residual snarkiness, left over from some rude encounters I experienced over the course of the day. Coming to MDC has actually made me feel *less* snarky.

I'm pretty much the queen of snark. I went undercover here long ago, afraid the snark police would wisk me away in the night. Is it safe to come back out?

Totally changing my mind.

Just jumped on someone a few forums away for making a nice suggestion. Decided to come back to TAO to declare my obvious snarkiness and relieve my guilt at this apparent chink in my cheerful armor.

:snark

And will now go over to Activism to take it out on someone who most assuredly will deserve it, whoever it is ... :LOL

In Snark-O-Matic here tonight.

Beware. Only deep, dark bitter choco bars will help.

Plus we just had two earthquakes. One just now. I swear it.

YIKES!!!

I was doing okay until I accidentally heard a few seconds of the State of the Union speech. I've been way past snarky ever since then.

Okay. THREE earthquakes in the last 20 minutes.

Obviously it's my snarkiness upsetting the earth's delicate tectonic balance. OR I'm eating so many Trader Joe's Brownie Bites that my ever-burgeoning ass is upsetting aforementioned delicate tectonic balance.

Beware the Hunting of the Snark.

Major, massive snark-o-rama. Not even a piece of homemade chocolate torte with dense dark chocolate-mocha multilayered filling made a dent in it last night.

And it wasn't any better this morning.

Darn good thing I don't have any meetings today.

I always feel snarky about stupid people.

Right now, the plumber is going to incur my snarky wrath- he was here for 1 hour, charged us 1 hour 20 minutes, and there are three new leaks and a new clog that HE created. And he was supposed to come back and fix it last night, but didn't. All that for a mere $371.

So I think he deserves my snarky wrath!

This morning DH offered to take over the job of going to the laundromat; he said it would be worth it, considering the mood I was in on Monday after I got back from doing the laundry.

Guess that's snarky!

I'm trying to pass it off as being 32 wks preg, huge, clumsy, miserable, crabby, impatient, bitchy, mean, unmotivated and to make it worse, DH is going to Miami for a conference through the weekend (it's freezing here in NH!), and leaving me home with my annoying toddler.

I spent all day yesterday eating nasty, fatty, greasy foods, which made me feel worse. I'm just so damned crabby!

tons and tons of chocolate here.

I am going to a crappy internship only to be followed by hours upon hours of homework and then sleeping at my aunts, away from DH again......

a tad snarky I suppose

see, in person these things just slip out...when I have to type them I usually think better of posting that witty, cutting remark, sprinkled with cynicism or irony, depending on the day. Just doesn't come off as well online.

Wit, to me, is the heart of snarkiness. Just being bitchy, or rude, or hostile, or aggressive, they all have better words to describe them. Snarky has to make you laugh, too.
