Most children's vitamins are very low potency and made of synthetic vitamins. Low quality and relatively worthless.
I recommend a few specific supplements. Vitamin D3 drops 2000 IU, and fish oil that contains at least 400 mg DHA. Probiotics are also a good idea.
If you want to give a multi I recommend IntraKid by DruckerLabs, available through Amazon or other online suppliers.
