Smile Simple and Nutritional puree for babies

Mommies are you thinking to introduce solid food to your babies. Apple and mango are the best fruit puree to start with the babies. As both of the fruits are rich in vitamins and minerals. Mangoes are the sweet treat that is good for the babies. While mix with simple, nutritional and yummy apple puree for a fruity surprise to the little ones.
Mangoes are packed with vitamins A, B, and C, iron, potassium, and protein. And it is a great addition to your babies diet. Mangoes are also a good source of natural sugar. Being a smooth soft fruit it is easy for the baby's to digest as well. Feeding mango to baby benefits in many ways like helps to improve immunity, helps in healthy weight gain, improves eyesight, good for brain development, etc.
Apples are a wonder fruit and they may be top on the babies first food. Apples are rich in fiber, and a low-fat fruit. Apple helps in improving the respiratory system in babies, promoting bone health and provide a good source of mineral for the healthy growth of the baby. Apples are the versatile fruit and may be added to almost any baby food recipes. And even apples are used as a teething reliever for the babies.

Fruits are the best solid for babies, you can also add single grain cereals and pureed vegetables like Carrot Puree, Sweet Potato Puree, and Green Pea Puree. I also found a no-cook puree recipe which you can try.
