Red face Organic vs Non-organic baby food

All parents want to give their baby the best possible start in life, there are many important decisions that they have to take, and one of them is what they should put in their baby’s tummy. Organic food is produced without using any kind of pesticides, fertilizers, herbicides. Some parents prefer organic baby food because it’s environmentally friendly.
Here are some reasons why organic baby food is better than non-organic baby food
1. No antibiotics
2. No added GMO(Genetically modified organisms
3. Organic food contains fewer herbicides and pesticides
4. Organic food is fresh
5. It is rich in nutrients
On the other hand, non-organic baby food contains harmful preservatives, additives, herbicides, flavors, colors which may harm the health of the baby
The choice of consuming organic food is also increasing as many people know that organic foods are free from chemicals that normally react with vitamins, organic compounds and minerals thus lowering the essential positive impacts of antioxidants in the food products. When babies are given non-organic food they are directly consuming the antibiotics which can weaken their immune system. Babies should be given purees and porridges made up of 100% organic fruits and vegetables.
