If you think it is from a fungal/yeast infection, I would use tea tree oil and oil of oregano diluted in oil. You can do it in coconut oil but I usually use almond oil because coconut is still solid until we're in full summer mode - just melt the coconut oil to blend if you use it.
Go very light on the oil of oregano, like 1:5 to tea tree though I haven't looked up actual ratios, that's just from experience that oil of oregano can be quite strong (and tea tree is too) and irritating. I think a basic formula would be about 15-30 drops of tea tree oil in 1oz/2tbs oil, then I would start with 3 drops of oil of oregano. You can also add lavender if you like the smell, it is also helpful but not necessarily the most powerful addition.
Then just apply 3x a day or so.
(note: I am not one of those 'essential oils solve everything' people - but have used them and herbal remedies for many years and this is one application where they can be very effective.)
