Staying organized and working when I have the opportunity. I work when my husband isn't at school or teaching so that he can watch the kids. Sometimes it's really hard to work and not join in on the fun since we are all home together!

people respecting

That you are trying to work. Neighbours wanting to drop off their kids for babysitting because you are "at home". Kids wanting to stay home too (a particular problem I have with my kid). Telemarketers interrupting work. Hubbies wanting to "hang out".

Not having enough time. The work day is so short when you're only working until 3. Distractions like house work is always staring at you. Non-work related voicemails, texts.

To welcome an enemy is to take the opportunity to expand my heart

I'm a working mom until now. The biggest challenge to me is the time management. Since I am breastfeeding my baby boy, I have only little time to work because he is always crying every time I sat on my laptop. He just pull my dress which means he needs his milk. So funny but I'm happy on it.

The biggest challenge I face is managing my time with my home, friends, work and kids. My routine has become very hectic recently. It's very easy to say you can divide the time slots but the reality is different. You cannot fix your time slots because things happen haphazardly that are not in your mind.

When you're trying to save your work from a 3 y.o. lady who desperately wants to touch a drying painting. Also it's hard to explain why she couldn't take part in drawing process (no, she doesn't want to draw in her own sketchbook, she wants to use mine). Also that routine. As girls already mentioned, sometimes it feels like you need more than 24h in a day(

It's a con that you by the time get used to feel at at workspace, not at home.

I guess it depends on what your weakness is. Mine is keeping up with the kids and stuff and meeting the deadlines of my work. Some people also tend to get lazy at home.
