I know that "Earth Mama Angel Baby" (Happy Mama Spray) makes a good one, but i wanted to see what else was available out there. Does anyone have a favorite they use?

I don't know of one specifically. But when I was pg with DS I had horrible morning sickness. My midwife suggested finding a soothing scent. I went to the natural food store and smelled away (when I was feeling ok) I ended up finding a natural honey scented spray that totally did it for me. Now that I am pg again, I pulled it back out and it's working like a charm. Don't know if that answered your questions Good luck...hope the sickies go away soon.

Aveda makes a ton of different aromatherapy products that can be helpful. If there's a shop or salon/spa in your area, I definitely suggest checking them out. They've got chakra sprays, custom perfumes, and just a bunch of options that can be really soothing.

Also, Bach's Rescue Remedy is also available as a spray, and I must say that that stuff is amazing. I know of midwives who recommend it in labor.
