Hi moms
I was looking for a free sewing pattern for shaped, or contoured nursing pads.
Anyone seen some?
Thanks!

Here is how I did it:

Trace around a CD onto a double thickness of flannel, then folded it in half and made a dart (triangle with the point in the center). Trim out dart. Make 4 for each pair.

Then, pin wrong sides together and serge all the way around.
OR
Pin right sides together, sew, leaving small opening. Turn, topstitch. Might want to make it slightly larger than a CD.

Hope that helps!

I did the same thing, except I didn't bother with the darts. I made mine 5 layers thick.

Did you find that these absorbed enough milk? I tried using prefolds cut up last time and they just soaked through. Now I feel like I need a PUL layer but I'm not sure...
