I need a good sling/ wear/ wrap...to wear as I work around the house. My little one is 2 month old. The maya and the over the shoulder baby holder aren't working for this assignment. Her head is still wobbly!

I have heard good things about an ergo.

I wouldn't recommend an Ergo for a babe that young. A stretchy wrap like a Moby or Gypsy Mama Bali Stretch would allow you to be completely hands free. I use my Gypsy Mama wrap when DD needs to sleep but won't be put down.

Is she struggling if you try to tuck her head in? I generally find my DS wants to look around when he's feeling energetic - so I can't tuck his head under the fabric. But this doesn't last too long. He'll settle down & often sleep, then I tuck his head in & I'm good to go! I have 2 wraps (moby & gypsy mamma bali breeze) & love them.
I've heard good things about mai tais, but haven't bought one yet... (about to indulge myself...)

: Lina's 2 months old and this is how she is. I also have some luck with using one of the crosses on a frontwrap cross carry and letting her peer out to the side.

i think it depends on the size of the baby. i woudlnt have recommended the Ergo for a young baby but my ds4 (9.14) fits in it really well.

my favs though are the Kangaroo pouch and the MT.

I have a 6 month old that goes to work with me. I work full time and I love the Gypsy Mama Wrap. It is the only way DD will take a nap now.

I would say a mei tai at this point, maybe a Babyhawk. Stretchy wraps are my fave for newborns but at 2 months you may be getting to the end of its usefulness as they are not comfy after a certain weight (12-15 pounds for us with the Moby - maybe higher though with the Gypsy Mama Bali Baby Stretch - I hear it's better; I haven't tried it yet). The BH has a headrest that is nice b/c the baby can still look around yet his/her head is supported.

My ds loves the moby when he was a newborn..the only place he would snore while sleeping, was in the moby!

I love my MT. I have a kozy one. Ds has been in it daily since he was a couple of days old. He can be in for hours and we are both comfortable
