I have a few questions for you ladies...

I have a 4 month old son. I BF exclusively, but DH gives a bottle of EBM around midnight so that I can get some sleep. Consequently, I just got AF (grrrr). It also seems that my daytime supply is a bit lighter. Is this normal when AF starts? Anything I can do to increase supply if this is a hormonal thing? WIll it get better duing non-AF weeks? I'm really bummed.

yes it is normal, some women find when they are going stretches without nursing ( like you are) af returns sooner than if they were ebf. more frequent nursing is the first step to increasing supply.
