I binge watch my shows before moving onto the next.

Michael Pollan has a documentary called "Cooked" and highlights the four elements: fire, earth, air and water and how that is connected to food. It was really interesting.

I alternate between historical documentaries and action/crime shows. Documentaries: The Roosevelts (anything by Ken Burns), WWI in Color, The Sixties, The Seventies (both by CNN; very interesting to see the decades that I grew up in from an adult perspective), African Americans are some of the more recent ones. Action/crime shows: NCIS, Burn Notice, Leverage, Criminal Minds are all recent (and rewatched) shows.

I absolutely love that show, Bob Odenkirk is one of the funniest people in TV right now and has been for 20+ years... Can't wait for season three.

Also, I recommend watching Narcos, the original show about Escobar's criminal empire. Fantastic series

I liked Marco Polo. It tends to get overly gratuitous in regards to nudity, but aside from that it's pretty solid.

I absolutely love Elementary. It's basically a modern Sherlock Holmes story, with Lucy Liu as Watson. It's a really good show, you have to give it a try.

We both loved "Rectify" and after some episodes were so affected
as to be unable to speak for a while. Best show we've ever watched.
"Churchman" is good too.

Same here! Netflix's originals are really great, like:

1) Bloodline
2) Stranger Things
3) 13 Reasons Why
4) Jessica Jones
5) 3%
6) Frontier
7) Peaky Blinders
8) Masters of None
9) Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt
