Nursing aversion help!

I've been having some pretty horrible nursing aversion with my 3 year old and could really use some advice! It started a few months ago and I have tried to power through it hoping it would stop eventually but in recent weeks has been getting worse. I just want to scream when she nurses, it's a horrible nails on chalkboard feeling and I can't go for more than 5 minutes now without needing to pull her off. She hates it, I hate it, she's always been a "stay attached for hours" nurser and will normally have 30+ minute sessions if I let her, and pulling her off after 5 minutes makes her so upset.

I really wanted to do child led weaning and it makes me so upset that our nursing journey could end like this. I'm going to have to wean her if I can't find a solution, is there anything that can be done to get rid of nursing aversion?
