What about the cream? Are the ones that come from Thailand or similar countries okay? I have a very limited selection of just the milk and cream from which to choose at my neighborhood store.

I'm not sure---but I just make sure to get a variety of coconut products---the young thai coconuts00the juice (coconut water) and the meat...use shredded coconut and coconut milk and coconut oil....I would just use what you have available and realize you are getting benefits1

Okay, I finally got some coconut cream. It has 2 ingredients: coconut and stabilizer. Is stabilizer okay to consume or is it something I should avoid (the way I try to avoid things like preservatives, sugar substitutes, nitrates, food coloring, etc.)?

Also just wondering about all the saturated fat...is there a recommended maximum we should be eating so as not to overdo the sat fat?
