My one year old has a constant runny nose with very gooey sticky stringy irritating snot. She doesn't seem sick though. How can I tell if it is from teething, allergies, or maybe even an allergy to wheat? I am gonna eliminate wheat and see if that helps, I think that may be it because she has seemed to have this since we started letting her have bread from time to time. what do you think?
Don't ya just hate that!
I am no expert on snot but I think that teething snot is usually clear . . . . Anyway, I'll bump this up to see if anyone else has ideas.
Is she vaccinated? That is always my first question. I like to eliminate the major reason for most childhood illnesses which seem to arise from vaccines.
