My DD has a gluten intolerance (discovered at 12 months), and we're slowly introducing the other allergenic foods. I'm currently on a dairy/soy (and gluten of course) free diet, and we've just started feeding my DD dairy to see if she reacts to it. (to keep my milk free of dairy in case she has a reaction).

In the past her reactions to gluten have been bloody stools and a red bottom.

How long do you think we should feed her dairy before we can safely decide she's OK with it and I can start eating it again? We think maybe a week?

A week is probably long enough, but it may take longer to notice things like eczema or behavioral reactions.
