Anyone else experience this? It's awful. I get so hot that it wakes me up in the middle of the night. For a long time, I just thought I was naturally hot while sleeping, but since I cut out tomatoes (which I ate almost every day!) my nighttime body temperature has been normal.

I also seem to get some kind of delayed skin reaction, which doctors have called a cross between eczema and psoriasis. I think this one may be wheat-related.

Trying to figure out my food sensitivities is driving me nuts! :

I have read about that as a food reaction.

Check out "Is this Your Child?" by Doris Rapp, MD. Great book about allergies i found it really helpful and a lot of it applied to me as much as it did my son.
