Ok, so this is what my MOTHER said to me the other day.

I worked week before last, every day... left the house at 6:30a came home at 5-6pm.

I did not work last weekend, and I have not worked all this week. (wish I was, but there was not enough work last week for me to go in.. another thread.)

So anyway, I said to my MOTHER how "A" has been latched to my boob non-stop.

{THIS IS NOT A BAD THING!!! WAS NOT SAID AS A BAD THING, JUST A CONVERSTATION STARTER}

So, my mother replies with.. "Well you are the one who starte it. So Deal with it now"

She hates the idea that I have began 'nursing' the baby again.

We went over a year with no boobie at all.

she and I were FORCED to stop nursing at 4 months.. I do not have milk now, but she looooves the boobie.
I was woke up to her nursing this am, for 20 min she nursed.

I love nursing my baby! I do not care that she is almost two years freaking old.

My mother gets very uneasy if I offer, or if the baby tries to nurse when we are not in my own house.

This bothers me so badly, I always thought my mother was very supportive of me and my choices.

To be honest.. I only have ONE IRL friend who is very supportive of this.
Thank you Chrissy!

Just really frustrated!

It stinks when we have to self-censor around unsupportive people, doesn't it? Especially when they're people who ought to be supportive in our lives.

I am happy for you that you and your DD are happy with what you're doing.

"What will you do once you know?"
