I can't remember what thread it was, or who said it.....I read a post that mentioned taking B6 before bed, and it helped their morning sickness the next day.

Sure enough, I've been taking B6 around dinnertime every evening (since reading that post), and my m/s is waaaay better the next morning. It still slams me in the afternoon for the rest of the day/evening, but at least my mornings have gotten so much more enjoyable! Yay! Woohoo!

Thank you thank you thank you!

I've been meaning to buy the Morning Sickness Magic, but until I do, I'll have to see if I have any B6 in the house. Thanks for posting this!

I have, also. I'm taking 12.5mg once per day. I feel pretty safe with that dosage....

Edited to say: It's part of a B Complex supplement I had laying around the house. When these run out, I will *try* to find just B6 (is that possible?) that has no more than 25mg max (will try to find lesser amount) and still just take once per day.

Why not try taking it morning and evening and see if you can get your days better too?

I totally hear you!

I'm only taking it once per day because there's a bit of debate as to *what* amount is okay to take (without being unhealthy). Obviously I'd like to take the least amount possible. And if that means I only take it once/day and feel crappy *some* of the time, it's still better than feeling crappy ALL the time.

Still - I'm gonna give my OB a call - I'd love to hear his take on it...

When I was pg with my second my ob had me taking 25mg three times a day. Maybe the science has changed, though, who knows?

I took a B complex vitamin before bed last night and I feel great today! I don't know if it is just a coincidence or not, but I'll take any time of not feeling horrible. I was even able to get in a workout (that hasn't happened in 2 wks and I normally work out 4x/wk)! I second the thank you to whoever recommended it!
