Okay, I was cleaning the kitchen last night (because I couldn't sleep because I napped yesterday) and I was using TTO. Cleared up the nausea instantly! Yay! Thought I'd pass it along...

That's interesting! I'll have to try it. I am one of those odd people who doesn't get any relief from ginger so any suggestions are good. I've found cinnamon is helpful to me, though - if I'm feeling really yucky I'll suck on some hard cinnamon candy. The sugar doesn't make me feel good but sometimes just relieving the nausea for 15-20 minutes is worth it!

You know, I'm also not very good with ginger, but I've recently tired lemon oil, you see the recipe here http://natadviser.com/essential-oils...upset-stomach/ , it's all well-described there. Totally helped me out, might suit you as well. Good luck!
