Mmmm . . . ice cream! Or smoothies. No recipes though; sorry.

Seems like you could whip the cream and beat the egg whites separately, then fold the whites into the cream. In another dish you could mix the egg yolks with a little honey and vanilla and/or raw cocoa, and gently fold it into the whipped cream/egg white mixture for a mousse/meringue type thing. Maybe?

Here is my DS's daily breakfast:

Two raw eggs with some homemade butter milk, a dash of kefir, around 1/2 a cup of cream, a tablespoon of butter, a tablespoon of raw, homemade coconut cream, a large tablespoon of raw, unheated honey and 1/2 a tablespoon of raw cacao powder. Its my version of carnation instant breakfast.

For homemade raw ice cream I just make it with cream, butter, one or two raw eggs and some unheated honey, if you add papaya and a little vanilla extract you get French vanilla. I am not good with quantities, I just wing it. I blend everything together and put it in the ice cream maker.

I love mango custard, which I make with mango, raw butter, raw cream and unheated honey.

I am Rhome

NT's ice cream recipe always turns out great for me. I don't even have an ice cream maker, I just put a bowl of it in the freezer and stir it a few times.

creme brulee or custard if you don't have the little torch thingy.

2.5 cups of cream
0.5 cups of sugar (or honey or maple syrup)
1 tsp of vanilla or any other natural extract
8 egg yolks

mix egg yolks and sugar in a bowl til smooth
heat cream til nearly boiling (don't boil!)
add egg yolk mixture and flavor
heat til just below boiling again
pour into ramekins
bake in water bath at 350 for 20-30 min til just set in the middle
eat!
